HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE ORDER TO PROCESS?

Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to process. The majority of orders will be processed quickly, however there are rare times where we need the 5 days for the order to process.

WHAT'S THE ESTIMATED SHIP TIME?

We use UPS, Canada Post (Expedited) and FEDEX to ship our products domestically, to the USA and to a limited number of international destinations. For orders inside Ontario the shipping is faster (1-2 days) than to other provinces (3-6 days). Shipping times for destinations outside of Canada can range from 5 to 15 days. Of course, all this can change depending on the couriers execution of the delivery.
